Fivestar Gourmet® operates a full-service executive kitchen facility, offering diverse food and beverage menus, including an extensive wine list, for all aircraft sizes and palates.

Owned by Pentastar Aviation, Fivestar Gourmet is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of our clients and flight crews. We have extensive knowledge of food safety and preservation, ensuring storage and meal preparation requirements are always taken into consideration.

Local delivery of Fivestar Gourmet catering is also available via a refrigerated delivery van. Delivery service is available regionally to FBOs that service PTK, FNT, DTW, DET and YIP.
